We sourced this filled and site for an investor; the site was in use as commercial on the ground floor and a first floor one bed flat. We had planning for a change of use at GF level, remodel of the existing flat, and a new build permission for a 1 bed flat at second floor. We managed and delivered all elements of the scheme for the investor.
