Redco Homes is a building contractor and property developer operating in London and the South East of England. We have brought together skilled and experienced building professionals to deliver the highest standards on all domestic and commercial projects.
Background
Collectively, our directors bring 45 years of building experience to a project, much of it working for some of the most exacting clients and architects in London and the South East of England. Ben started trading as Redco Construction in 2018, delivering high-end residential projects in these areas. Matt and Will started a contracting and development company in 2020, working predominantly on conversions and new builds in the London area.
The two companies merged in 2024 as Redco Homes to deliver the highest possible standards on both residential and commercial projects.
Our Approach
Building homes can be stressful but we feel the best way through this is with a collaborative approach. The key role of the main contractor is knitting together specialists and teams in a safe and productive environment so that the client gets the best possible outcome. Your project will always be led by one of the directors and we have brought together a team of industry professionals which allows us to deliver a wide variety of builds.
